, Click on the Start menu, choose Control Panel, click Security Center and firewall. This is for Windows. You can separate the firewall, Mc Afee and Norton. Click on the icon and should be apparent.

saludos: If you have XP and Service Pack 2 ... select Control Panel, and you will see a Windows Firewall. Double click and turn it off. Good luck.
