Shock Absorbing Insoles Why Do I Have Foot Pain On The Bottom Outer Area Of My Feet When I Ice Skate In Hockey Skates?

Why do I have foot pain on the bottom outer area of my feet when I ice skate in hockey skates? - shock absorbing insoles

My shoes fit perfectly (which are new, but I did) skating twice a week for a month.

I bought a cushion arch support inserts.

I do not know what else to do. I'm on your side too tight or too loose on my shoes.

Is located outside of the soles, which violates (opposite side of the arc). The pain appears after 5-10 minutes skating, and is unbearable. I sit for a few minutes every 10 minutes, which is pretty ridiculous.

I inline skate all the time and had no problems with sore feet. I've tried the other day inline skate, pain, and had exactly the same as I do when I skate.

Please help.

Maybe your shoes are too big to get out and move their feet?

When will the pain, I recommend going to the doctor and see if they can do something. If they can, maybe they could at least refer you to a specialist to consider. You may need to get fitted for custom.

Part of his foot injury, which is between the underside of the skateboards and the sides of the same or crushed:

In the past I have addressed this problem for me is that my heat pads formed (or molded).

Just wondering, are your shoes molded to fit your foot?
