Is there such thing as a solar powered air conditioner? If so, how do you get one? - solar powered refrigerator

If there is no such thing as solar air conditioning, how to get and how to? Think about how to save much more power! People, especially in summer when it is hot, and many have lost so much energy and cool the only power the whole house. Is there something I can explain how?
