Anyone have instructions on making character balloon table centerpieces for 2 yr olds birthday party? - party table centerpieces
I like to use it sesame balls mini-sheet with the road, so other balloons to make some very good opportunities for photos and I searched the internet and even searched kits and have found nothing that would help. I wanted something different than the typical balloon, attached to a balloon weight. Any ideas anyone? Thank you, any help is appreciated.
